About the Founder:
Megan Geraghty has been working in Corporate America for over 15 years with some of the largest Fortune 100 companies in the industries of Big Tech, Financial Services Insurance and Healthcare.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Northridge, Fair Play Certified Facilitator, and holds a Life and Leadership Coaching designation from IPEC Coaching.
Megan is a wife, mother and military spouse. Her husband, is a current SpaceForce Reservist and former U.S. AirForce Reservist. These different roles have informed her desire to start Empower Consulting Services to help women/couples balancing multiple roles in business, marriage/partnership, parenting and running a household.
She is passionately committed to serving diverse populations including all races, religions, genders, and sexual orientations.
